WinterFest returns to kickoff the one year countdown to the 2010 Winter Olympics.  As part of Spirit of BC Week, this event will attract over 15,000 people for a day of live music, fun sporting activities, food, and much much more! Mark the date on your calendar!

Skate on the outdoor rink, slide down the slopes of the toboggan zone, or curl your rocks on the outdoor curling rink!  Stay for the fireshow spectacular and the rock concert! It's all FREE!

We have a stellar line-up of talent to rock the main stage including Thornley, Eva Avila, Faber Drive, Bobs and Lolo, Dr. Strangelove, and more!We even have Dora the Explorer coming and the Olympic Mascots too!  The 2010 Countdown Ceremonies start at 5:30pm with March Fourth and a Fireworks show!
